Crews Family Fence at 1303 NE Tara Circle

Our family recently moved into the neighborhood and installed a fence for our two daughters and one small dog. The fence is constructed of cedar french gothic pickets as the covenants require and pressure treated pine posts and rails. After obtaining verbal approval from the Architectural Review Board and HOA President, the HOA has now threatened legal action against our family if the fence is not removed and replaced with CEDAR posts per the HOA covenants.

There is no contesting that pressure treated pine will last longer and costs a fraction of the price of cedar.

After identifiying several fences in the sub-division that are also constructed with pressure treated pine, we are seeking your approval of our fence to put a halt to the HOA's threat of legal action.
