New York Giants need to Cut Eli Manning NOW!

Eli Manning has been terrible for the past few seasons and with us in extreme rebuild mode, we can not afford to be paying him $23 million for his below average pay. I understand the organization wants to treat him right but that is WAY too much money for a washed up QB.
