Demand an End to Maximal Restraint Technique!

We all know what happened to George Floyd. A maximal restraint technique was used on him, causing him to suffocate to death. Although Floyd did resist, it was not aggressive. He kept this restraint on him for over 8 minutes which was considered excessive force. Floyd was not being aggressive at this time. This specific restraint is looked down upon by many police officers, specifically for this reason. Minneapolis is one of the only states that uses this tactic. How come they haven't banned it?? This is very unsafe for anyone who has a medical condition like Mr. Floyd himself. He had a heart condition already making it hard to get the proper amount of blood flow, Chauvin completely blocked that off. We NEED justice for FLOYD! We NEED to get this restraint banned so it may never happen again!
