Petition to place the donated Berlin Wall sections on the City Hall Plaza

The signers of this petition wish to express their support for Candidate Neal's proposal to place the donated sections of the Berlin Wall on the City Hall Plaza.  We believe that this would serve as a reminder to to the people and the government about what happens when the government has too much power.
