Desecration Of The Hawaiian Flag

In the wake of the desecration​ of the Hawaiian Flag on Mauna Kea on September 6, 2019. This petition has been created to ensure that any future destruction or uncivil actions against the Hawaiian Flag be taken into serious consequential actions.
