ADD PRACTICE BACK TO NASCAR

New rookies are coming into the sport, and may not have driven on the all tracks that they arre given a start at. We need to implement practice back into nascar. Now I won't complain without giving a solution. If you need to, just give times like an hour, or 50 minutes to just get their car out on the track, make it so they have no adjustments, but just let rookies get a feel of their car.
