Demand to have Gilbert Layton park redone

The sand is not clean and never has it been changed! Replace the sand with the spongy stuff or wood chips, there is lots  of space for a splash pad and redo grass for soccer field for our kids that are not part of a soccer team and cannot go play in the locked up soccer field they have, the bathrooms to be open from 8am to 8 pm.
