More Feminine Hygiene Bins on IUP Campus

On IUP's campus 56% of students are women. These 56% of women are all being affected by the lack of bins available to throw away their hygiene products. It is problematic for women on campus for sanitation reasons, it can become an economic issue for the campus, and finally this issue can be a hinder on women's educations and level of comfort on this campus.
