Stop this cruel treatment of animals in Juliaca, Perú.

As you can see on the video shown above, animals are treated in a very cruel manner in Juliaca, Ciudad de los Vientos, Puno, Perú. In the fair "Fegasur," cows are tied by their noses as you can see on the video.

This poor cow is crying while people just watch.

It is heartbreaking to see an animal treated as if he/she has no feelings. Please sign this petition asking the Ciudad de los Vientos mayor, Lic. Oswaldo Marin Quiroto, to stop this cruel practice and protect the animals. People in Perú need to be educated to have respect and compassion for ALL animals.
