LET'S STOP KEVIN PURCELL FROM KILLING AGAIN

my sister was killed in car accident 2011 when her so called boyfriend was driving drunk and on drugs he survived. She died instantly he only spent 5 years in jail back out 2016.Just on Mar 23 he was caught drinking driving again, ran his truck into a pole. He in jail now but for how long this time? He could had killed more innocent lives.Lets prevent him from killing again by signing this petition.
