The right to health care

I was poisned by a police officer through a confidential informant.He poisned me with viral illnessess . Wiretapped my phone to follow me around to doctors visits.As to where I wouldn't receive medical care.Reported it to internal affairs and they won't even file a complaint.The officer clearly is killing me I even have proof that my medical records are being altered.I don't deserve to die while he gets to keep his job.Commiting crimes and getting away with it .I would like for this story to be brought to light and to get the proper medical care.Also for this officer to be exposed!
