LOWER OUTRAGEOUS PET DEPOSITS

Whether you have a cat, dog, bird or lizard, any pet owner is well aware that their precious creature is a family member. Simply put, people love their pets like they would a child. Various residences in Tucson, Arizona have pet deposits as high as 300$/pet- regardless of size or type. While almost any owner would pay anything to ensure that their companion accompanies them, not everybody can. All I ask is that a limit be set on said deposits- around 100$/pet. It should be a crime to charge as much many of these businesses do.
