Elder people are getting treated awful in nursing homes

We need to change this. You can see this all of the time. They are getting physically and mentally abuse by their care givers. Why.? The question remains a mystery. We all humans being why is it any difference with them. Respect them. I want in all nursery homes to have more safe and secure environment for these elders to live at. The goal is to make them feel conformable and safe at all times.
