Slipknot: Stop dismissing the Midwest!

I am an avid listener to Slipknot and Korn, and when I heard they were touring on the Prepare for Hell tour, I was, suffice to say, stoked. But then I looked at the tour list. The midwest was nowhere to be seen on there. They recently started their europe leg of the tour, and more stateside dates have been announced. But, guess who gets the shaft for the second time in the row? The midwest. Slipknot can take this however they want, as someone complaining, as a fan who simply wants to see them live with Korn, etc. But I am becoming thoroughly disappointed with both bands.
