Please sign to get animal abusers banned from owning animals for life

Please sign this petition to be forwarded to the government to set a law where anyone cruel to animals have no rights at all to own one, visit any sanctuary or zoo. Animals have rights to a good life. You would not treat a human in such barbaric ways, why should animals put up with it too.
