A new report from Bloomberg reveals that the Trump admin has awarded Virginia-based company Acquisition Logistics a $1.2 billion contract to build a massive mega-concentration camp of tents to hold 5,000 innocent migrants at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas.
This company has NO experience in detention, and immigration advocates are already sounding the alarm about how poor the conditions will be at this camp, especially considering the horrifying treatment that detainees suffer at Trump's "Alligator Alcatraz" camp.
No more concentration camps!
Detainees in Trump's Florida camp allege being subjected to torturous conditions: bright lights on all night, swarms of mosquitoes, floods that cause foot fungus, lack of food and access to medicine, and deeply unsanitary living areas.
You can bet your bottom dollar that we'll see something similar in a tent city built in the desert by a for-profit company looking to cheap out on every possible thing in order to maximize their profits and inflict maximum suffering on the camp's innocent prisoners. We must make our voices heard and demand NO more concentration camps!
