Demand for Curbside Recycling and Compost Program for Lethbridge, Alberta

Robust recycling and composting programs are a better waste management tool for our city, economy and ecosystem. That we don't have this in place in 2016 is unacceptable and we want City Council to know that we won't allow this is a deal breaker.
