Recall Eurovision 2023 Results

It is absolutely not fair that the same artist can win ESC twice. Other artists and bands who are truly talented deserve to be rewarded for that talent.

Calling on the EBU to do two things
1. Even though Loreen did win the contest, make Käärijä the winner instead
2. Make a rule that the same WINNING artist cannot return. Artists who did not win can re compete as many times as they like. (The rule should have exceptions for country size, like San Marino. Their music scene is not very big due to that reason.)
