Stop the selling of live lobsters!
Selling live lobsters is cruel, inhumane treatment. San Antonio based grocery store company H-E-B sells live lobsters in their stores which are all over the state of Texas. These lobsters have to live in tiny tanks with their claws tied together and they have to live piled on top of eachother. Even if you do NOT live in the state of Texas or go to any H-E-B stores, please sign this petition in order to get the H.E Butt Grocery Store Company to stop selling live lobsters.
We appreciate your services and your company, however, we are very upset that you take part in the cruel act of confining live lobsters in small tanks and selling them. Lobsters are not to be kept in tanks with their claws tied, and having to live in the cramped conditions you make them live in. They have to live piled on top of eachother because there is not enough room for them to roam. Selling live lobsters is horrible and cruel. Please do the right thing and remove live lobsters from your stores.
