keeping Florida's limerock roads natural and intact

I made this petition to alert the community and fellow Wildlife lovers about the epidemic of Rural habitat change in the beautiful state of Florida. Due to a little inconvenience some want to bend and twist arms to change the environment around us, but what about the wildlife, their habitat, the runoffs of chemicals, the character of the landscape, the whole reason most people move out to rural areas is to get away from the Mundane, but here you have people moving out to these Rural areas and expecting other people and animals to bend to their comforts and pay for what suits them and not what benefits the community and wildlife as a whole..
I asked you to sign the petition to stop the change of habitat, from paving our lime rock roads, there's nothing wrong with limestone in rural areas, what is wrong is putting your comfort before the greater good of the community and wildlife... with paved road comes higher speeds more traffic... I love watching the wildlife cross the road, seeing new offspring each year, but my fear is once these roads are all paved wildlife doesn't stand a chance, it's only through people who care enough to put self comfort aside for the greater good of all, whether that be man or animal. If we don't respect the wild life that Humanity depends on, what do you think will happen?! If no one takes the stand it's only going to get worse. Gopher tortoises are on the endangered species list,and live on the banks of the lime rock roads....
Bumble bees are on the endangered species list.. and I see them yearly on my flowers by my road...
fox squirrels are on the endangered species list I have seen them in my yard and crossing the lime rock road.... I have very little traffic on my road now.. I moved out to this rural area for the beauty for the wildlife, a safe place away from the mundane for my children to grow and see God's creation... I'm forced to pay for asphalt road that has little benefit, and the risk outweighs"benefits" and will Disturbed the habitat of the wildlife and the character of the community... thank you for listening to me ramble....please sign and share, I really want to make a change to this, there's no reason to pave the lime rock roads in the rule areas....
