Demand to lower rent NOW or until they get the property together

I stay in Pinnacle Ridge Apt I been here for a year they are unprofessional never n the office never answer the phone don't fix anything and always have outrage rent price..The landlord recently change over to new management and the new owners or doing the same thing its been so hot this summer n been out of air for 4 months and they just gave me one air conditioner my door got kick in almost 3 months ago and they still havent fix my door and they expect me and my daughter to live under these condition and still pay full rent i dnt think thats right and something should be dine about it and its morethings going on
