Section 2 Resident Safety

Many non-resident vehicle drivers enter Barley Lane at an increased speed, using the entrance as a thruway to Railroad Avenue. This situation puts section 2 residents at risk for personal injury and property damage. Originally, the Railroad exit was closed on completion of section 2. For some reason, it was opened without discussion. We are requesting either speed bumps in the section 2 area or to once again close the exit to Railroad Avenue.
