This situation in rural KY has been going on for years! The man has collected over a million dollars in donations over the internet- supposedly for the dogs, then denies those same dogs shelter, clean water, adequate food and medical care! THIS IS ABUSE ! THIS IS CRUELTY! Owner has been charged with 179 counts of ANIMAL CRUELTY, yet he still has ALL these dogs (70+) pending court (over 2 years ago he was charged, but still hasn't gone to trial?!)
