Thank Colt for Ceasing Production of the AR-15 for Civilians

Colt Firearms is ending production and sales of its AR-15 rifle, due to a lack of "public demand." But Colt isn't doing this out of the goodness of their hearts, or because of the damage AR-15s do to the human body. They're doing it because of sales - at least that's what they claim.

Regardless of their true feelings, Colt Firearms needs positive reinforcement. Let us thank them for ending civilian-market production of this horrid weapon that has landed in the wrong hands far too often and taken far too many innocent lives.
