Do you believe in Education For All?

Right to Education act from Government of India entitles underprivileged to get good education in private schools. The private schools are to provide 25% of education free to underprivileged students. But the "Eminent School" find it convenient to neglect this or take any initiative.
I would like to know how many of us privileged and educated believe in "Education for all". Are we comfortable in making our children study in same class with Rickshaw wala's/ Thelewala children?
Is there is Education Equality?
