Let's save animals from abuse

I been seeing alot of people beating and killing animals and it's not right. I think people should get a full background check before they can get a pet because there are so many people out there with bad backgrounds beating on animals that can't help them selfs. Honestly if you don't have a bad background and you hurt a animal or kill it they should do time in jail and when they are out they should not be allowed near pets alone or even aloud a pet. Too many dogs and cats are dying and get abused right now and we need to stand up for them and be there voice. Please sign and share.
