Bill Dines was wrongfully dismissed without opportunity to obtain legal council, without adequate notice, or speak on his own behalf. All tenants of The Park Mall Apartments, 2 Quebec Street, Guelph, ON., should have their rightful say to the Corporation of Steeves & Rozema Enterprises Inc., since this issue involves the general maintenance of the building, along with the safety and security of the tenants.
