Pledge To Spay Or Neuter A Homeless Cat Or Dog In 2013

Right now Statistics show that there are over 7 million homeless animals in the United states and this number is rising on a constant basis.  These animals are defensless and in our hands. Please pledge to spay or neuter a homeless dog or cat at your local animal shelter or The Humane Society within this year of 2013.
