Women can “DO IT” too!

Through time women have been considered the less dominant gender. In the work force gender roles have been a problem even with the non discrimination rule being enforced. I believe this is not fair and I have personally witnessed women preform better than men in a variety of tasks. I am concerned that we may miss an opportunity of having somebody who has potential working in their field. I would like for women to receive equal opportunity in the work force. They deserve to be treated the same as men in every field.
