Drop All Charges Against Springfield, Illinois Officer Samuel A Rosario

With social media and the age of the internet, news spreads quickly. One of the biggest things we hear about is police brutality. Well in this instance, the brutality is against a good cop, Samuel A Rosario. I'll be the first to point out a cop breaking a law or police brutality. But this is a good cop and the charges against him should be dropped. The Sangamon County State's Attorney's Office should be ashamed.
