Opiod addiction

Currently there is no medical backer act available that can help in this epidemic. I think that when someone goes to leave a hospital setting thats in critical condition there should be some form of stoping them because odviously their not thibking straight. Recently a friends son over dosed but not before a hospital let him go after he over dosed and 2 hours later back out to die.
