Global water in Arizona shoulld change it's present policy. Stop callingpaying customers after sending out a bill the beginning of each month and then calling them 7 days later an leaving a voice message, constantly day after day that if your bill is not payed by the 20th your water will be disconnected, plus emailing me this as well. I do not view this as a courtesy call or reminder email of a disconnect, but as a threat. I find it depressing, humiliating and unwarranted. I've been a loyal paying customer for over 2 years and I don't appreciate or deserve to be treated in this manner every month.
