I'm concerned that the public is misinformed about sex offenders and the human rights they have and the rights that they don't have. Even everyone's vehicle is on a sexual registry, no matter who you are, because of a girl that was kidnapped and raped, the amber alert was created. That puts every vehicle in existence on a sexual registry. The same for humans, they have every which and way to get on a sexual registry with no rights at all. They are told where they can live, they have very limitations on self defense, they are told that they can't work( due to employers judgements), they often have to commit crimes just to stay alive, they even make them decide over life and death. There is gonna be people getting on the registry for just being born soon, if we don't stop and rethink our opinions. Those are the only 2 registries that anyone cares about. Why isn't there registries for robbers, murderers, car thieves, drug problems, fraud, alcoholics( that have been in trouble, like DUI, DWI),ect. Don't the public care about them too? Apparently not, because not much is ever said about it. So, my solution to the problem to to remove the people that are TIER I and TIER II sex offenders, leave TIER III, because those people often did serious crimes or look at all of them and see who is likely to re-offend, there is people on there that haven't been in trouble for 8+ years that haven't been in trouble sense. They did their time, paid a fine and still can't even get a job, live like a normal person, get loans, have rights. If it can't be done then we should make a registry for everyone else, everyone in the world is guilty of something. It would even cut down on the crime rates in the United States and even the world.
