ontvanger: I am petitioning the Government of Canada to implement a ruling after specific research is over with those dogs. After everything they went through, they deserve a chance to happily live with a family instead of being euthanized.

To make a difference in the lives of these Beagles so they can feel the grass under their paws, run freely and feel love for the first time.
