Raising Taxas on companies moving to other states

So in recent events there are more than 600 companies out of California who are planning on moving to Texas. I understand that sometimes its best to move businesses but seriously it's getting out of control. Texas needs to put additional taxes on those companies who are working from out of state. Itll for for the Texas road and taking care of more schooling and other needs. All these out of staters moving here because it's cheaper, while we residents have to deal with it. It's not fair.
