Demand all adopted animal pets be de-sexed!

It is just so sad to see all the unwanted pets at so many shelters, rescues, city run animal control-mostly because of pets having unwanted litters.
It is absolutely astounding this is not controlled better.
We need a law for all pet owners in our 'civilized' country to have there animals spayed or neutered.
Let us send the federal government our petition to help us do something!
Let's make something that sounds impossible - possible.
