Stop noise for Cedar Park Town Center

The Nieghbors of Cedar Park Town center are being awaken at 4:30 to 5am on Monday mornings because the shops of The Parke have their trash picked up at 4:30- 5 am!!  The noise has become a   Nuisance For our Nieghbors at Cedar Park Town Center. So much, that we are seeing a large amount of neighbors wanting to move from that side of the neighborhood... which effects property values for the whole neighborhood of CPTC. 
Show your support so we can get action. Complaints have been made to City council, the police, and waste management company and nothing has been done.
