Demand justice for hanging of stray dogs in Serbia

 It is called "Illegal Spring Cleaning". Stray dogs are being hung from trees in Serbia until they die. It has become illegal but there are no updates available. No one knows if, that despite the laws, that this has stopped. I want a call for Serbian Animal Welfare to come together, to investigate and make sure this is still not going on. I want a call for anyone caught doing this is brought to justice.
