Representative Paul Gosar, in true Trumpian fashion, shared a violent anime video where Gosar takes two swords to an animated Ocasio-Cortez. He even lauded the animation for displaying the creativity of his team.
The insensitive display of violence is not in any way "creative," nor should the behavior be allowed within our legislative bodies. We have seen what allowing childish, offensive conspiracy theorists into our Democracy promotes — violence and distrust. An insurrection, even.

It's a simple standard in spaces across our country — threatening and harassment should be hard boundaries. Even children in grade school know there are consequences for the way they treat their peers (and they are doing much less significant things than promoting a brutal murder to their entire platform.)
We can not allow the GOP to keep making excuses for elected neo-nazis who actively threaten the lives of WOC legislators.
