Introduce Medical Levy and abolish Tv Levy in zambia

    Not everyone watches Zambia National Broadcasting corporation(ZNBC) but everyone goes to the hospital. Lets improve the health care, stock more medicine and save life. Lets abolish Tv levy and replace it with medical levy of K5 which must be deducted through zesco tokens. Sign the petition now
