Demand public transportation for those that can't afford a car, taxi, lyft, or uber

Having transportation issues! Can't hold a job in Del City there are no affordable transportation! It's hard being a woman walking at night or wee hours of the morning trying to get to work cause I can not afford a car, taxi, lyft, or uber!
