Justice for Piglet

Piglet a blind deaf Chihuahua was in the care of his foster mom. Rachel Sexton left him in her apartment for 3 days in the extreme heat with no water, came back to find him dead. Rachel and her brother put him in a garbage bag and disposed of his little body in a neighbors garbage can. The tennents of the same building Rachel lived in did not know what they were hiding until they went over to the garbage to find Piglet in the trash can. They removed his body and called animal control. Animal control came out to pick up his body but had no idea who to contact. I sent Rachel a private message on Fb that I will be coming to pick him up for his vetting appointment and her reply was "don't bother he is dead". The anger n heart ache is still unbearable to think what she did to him. I have called and emailed the shelter and at first they were working with me. Then i get no reply's or return phone calls from Jean from the shelter. I called the prosecutors officce and was told I have to go through the animal control. It has been months now and still I get no response from them so it is time to take action for justice, I am asking you to share this and spread it far n wide to reach out for 100,000 signatures. I want to prove to the state of Indiana and Huntingtom County Prosecuetor animals, all animals abuse in any form of abuse will not be taken lightly. PLEASE STAND FPR PIGLET'S LAW!
