Need for Indian to allow me to come and finish my education

I am a Nigerian studying in India and have been there for few years studying , I recently came home because of the death of one of my cousin and at the airport I was told to get another visa because am having single entry visa , so I applied in Lagos but the India embassy in Lagos told
Me they denied me with reasons which I don’t know , I later traveled to the one in Abuja with all of my document and details , the consular started asking me to bring this and bring that which I obliged to , after a month and 10 days I went to the embassy to my greteast surprise I was told the government of India denied my visa and I have been so worried about everything I need justification and I need to write my exams because this is so much important to me at this phase of my life and I don’t know if coming home to be with my parent and family is a bad thing , my family needs me and I have to come home to be with them. And right now they are denying my visa
