Justice For Timothy Wiley!!!

We are seeking justice for Timothy Wiley, A north Carolina prisoner who was convicted on October 6, 2000 of first degree murder under north Carolina's felony murder rule,due to his trial attorney conceding his guilt to felony was later submitted as an underlying felony for felony murder.The trial transcripts verify that this was done without Mr.Wiley's knowledge and consent.This is a violation of due process and under north Carolina law it's referred to as a "Hardison" error.see State V. Hardison,315 N.C. 175 (1985). To make matters worse,Mr.Wiley was denied of his right to an impartial trial judge . The trial transcripts also verify that judge Loto G. Caviness wilfully,corruptly,and intentionally made rulings contrary to law as to this matter that caused the Harbison error to occur and resulted in Mr.Wiley being convicted of felony murder under the felony murder rule, with the underlying felony of felonious breaking and entering standing alone,which is not one of the enumerated felonies in the statute that allows for a conviction of felony murder.Mr.Wiley has reason to believe that judge Caviness was racially bias and motivated by that bias to secure his conviction. The trial transcripts verify that Mr.Wiley is entitled to relief as a matter of law but continues to be denied of his right to a full and fair hearing on this matter.Your constitutional guarantees and protections are of absolutely no value at all if you cannot be heard.We must demand justice for Mr.Wiley, that begins with a demand of a full and fair hearing by the north Carolina court of appeals.Honor the constitution and Granta full, fair and public hearing for Me.Wiley in this matter,So Say We All, The Undersigned...Stop Using The Petition For A Writ Of Certiorari as a way to avoid hearing constitutional issues of North Carolina Prisoners.
