Annie's Law

I recently lost my dog due to the vet's failure to recognize she was in a critical state.  The currenly law only allows you to sue for the cost of the dog, not the fact that your dog is part of your family and the loss is great.  If this law is changed, then we would be able to sue the vet for pain and suffering of our loss as your dog would then be considred part of your family.
