Forgiveness of Hurricane Katrina disaster loans

Hurricane Katrina was a disaster, not only did i loss my home my marriage of 25 years were destroyed. When the SBA loan was applied for we had two incomes, now it's only one income and I'm divorced. My ex.. has not recovered since Hurricane Katrina. He is still unemployed. And I have payed SBA 25,000.00 back so far. I have been injured on my job and was out of work for two months, I tried to explain my hardship but to no avail. I have heard that a lot of SBA Loans have been forgiven, how can I get that same help.
