Remove the Barbed Wire Fence in Corolla, NC #SpanishMustangs

First of all, this barbed wire is SURELY a dangerous idea.  The horses (and deer) will get stuck in them or injured!  Secondly, how is it that we don't have money for education or extended unemployment benefits, yet we have the funds to trap animals in and keep people out?  The Federal Government has once again over-stepped its boundaries, and the residents, locals, activists AND tourists alike, are disgusted by this.  Those Wild Mustangs have been there for 500 years!  That is longer than the USA has been a country!  So, why in this day and age, does someone feel that they have the right to throw up (dangerous/harmful) barracades?   WE WANT THEM REMOVED!
