Demand a stay for Dr. Paul Castellanos to continue practicing at UAB to care for his patients

I, Alicia R. Sandifer, was sent a letter March 14, 2018 informing me that my doctor, Dr. Paul Castellanos of Birmingham, Alabama UAB will no longer see patients at UAB, UAB Medicine, including the Departments of Otolaryngology, Surgery (Thoracic surgery) and Medicine (Gastroenterology and Interventional Pulmonology) as of May 9, 2018. I strongly recommend and support that Dr. Castellanos stay at UAB to care for his most critical patients.
