CHANGE CONDITIONS OF FRESNO SPACA SHELTER

I went to the Fresno SPCA yesterday and it was horrible. Dogs were laying in their own crap and pee, one of them, an older one, had it all over his face and body. Most of them had no food or water. There was a puppy who was obviously extremely sick because he had pure liquid diarreha. There was a cat with a bloody nose and mouth, and it all just smalled so fowl I didnt want to breathe. Please. I just want the conditions to change. Why should these animals, who have been through enough, be forced to live like this until death or adoption? It's so inhumane.
