Dear Randy
A number of Care2 members have had access disabled to their email accounts resulting in "errD2003" messages. We are asking that Care2 provides urgent and immediate access to our email accounts so as we can save and transfer our emails into other accounts. Failing that we would ask that the email service is extended to enable access to be granted.
With many people having been Care members with associated email accounts for well over ten years, it seems unacceptable for Care not to respond to helpdesk queries, or to offer solutions. Heck I've even tried tweeting you.
Please do the right thing.
